Our little tiny baby is getting bigger before our eyes!
He had quite an eventful weekend as well. Friday night we drove to Louisville and Mimi, Pop and I went to the Balloon Glow at the Fairgrounds. I decided not to take Wyatt because it was too windy so he stayed with Daddy. It was a bust anyway, they only had 3 balloons up and my allergies really kicked in and made me miserable. We didn't stay long.
On Saturday morning we got up early and headed downtown to cheer on our friend running in the Derby Festival Mini Marathon. Mimi stayed in the car with Wyatt while we waited on the side of the street for 12,000 runners to pass. Some people we knew saw us before we saw them. Uncle Jay came by and we cheered for him and then tried to make it downtown to the finish line to see him cross it. Unfortunately with traffic blocked for the race, we had to park several blocks away and hoof it downtown. Wyatt slept in his stroller during all of that commotion. The weather was starting to clear, so it was a nice walk and good exercise. We didn't make it down there in time, but we did find Uncle Jay refueling by one of the tents on Market Street. Despite a knee injury, Uncle Jay did a great job and finished strong!
We came back home on Saturday afternoon and got ready this morning to attend Daddy's first softball game with his work team. It turned out to be a very nice afternoon and Wyatt and I cheered on the whole team. They didn't win, but Daddy did score a run and got a couple of good hits. We are looking forward to his game next Sunday. Here are Daddy and Wyatt tuckered out on the couch afterwards.

I'm glad Jay survived the race and Mike survived the softball game and I glad that our friends survived the Derby race/walk---GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!!!!
