We made it back home this morning after we decided to spend another night in Louisville. Wyatt had an appointment with an orthopedist at UK Hospital. The resident and doctor were both very nice and they suggested we exercise Wyatt's wrist and ankle, but they don't expect any long term damage. There may be some scar tissue that affects the development of the tendons but if we keep him flexible there really should be no long term problems.
The rocker/glider we ordered for Wyatt's room finally came in yesterday. We went by to pick that up after his appointment and Michael put it together already. It matches the room better than I had imagined and it is very comfy! I also bought the letters to hang his name in the room as well. I hope we can get everything hung tomorrow so I can take a picture of his room.
