We moved Wyatt into his big boy room a couple of weeks ago. We haven't put the room together completely yet but he's been sleeping in there for a little while now. We intended to have his room ready by his 2nd birthday but that didn't quite come together and we procrastinated as usual. One morning Michael was hanging out with Wyatt, getting him dressed or something and had to leave the room for a few minutes. Wyatt was in his crib and confined...so we thought! Michael came back into the room just in time to catch Wyatt with one leg hiked up over the edge of the crib and pulling himself up and on his way to freedom. That gave us all the motivation we needed so we visited Aunt Hope that next day to pick up the race car bed that we had been storing at her house. 
The first week or so was a little tough for him and there were several nights that either Michael or I fell alseep in the guest bed that is still sitting in his room (until we get the nursery cleaned out of boxed up clothes he has outgrown). We figured out that we were trying to put him to bed a tad early. If we let him stay up about 30 minutes later, he was much more cooperative at bedtime.

Wyatt has a cute little race car bed---- He looks very comforable!
Doesn't sound like potty training is going to work right now but the race car is a big hit!!!
