Now that Wyatt finally has a decent amount of hair, we have fun with the shampoo in the bathtub. (He's not always as amused as we are)
Wyatt has been a little under the weather this week. He was sent home from daycare late Tuesday with a fever. I called Mimi to see if she could come stay with Wyatt on Wednesday but she couldn't do it so she volunteered Uncle Matt. He got up early Wednesday morning and drove up here to hang out with his favorite nephew for the day! Wyatt had so much fun showing Uncle Matt how to build with blocks and reading his favorite books.

Today Michael stayed home with Wyatt and took him to see the doctor. The doctor said he had an ear infection in one ear and prescribed an antibiotic to make him feel better. After the doctor's appointment, Michael and Wyatt came by my office to have lunch with me. All the ladies I work with were able to see how big Wyatt is getting. He even babbled a little bit for them, but refused to say any of his words yet. If I ask him to say "mama", he says "dada". What a stinker! He says "uh oh" and "book" and "ball". And we are starting to get the feeling that he understands way more than he lets on.
