Easter

This was the first Easter that Wyatt really got excited about. He enjoyed egg hunting with his aunts Hope and Rachel and uncle Matt. The Easter Bunny spoiled him rotten with not one but TWO huge baskets!

Grandma Fay sent him a handmade Easter Bunny too, with candy filled eggs too of course!

And Opa sent some confetti eggs which are part of a Mexican tradition that Michael grew up with. They are hollowed out egg shells dyed bright colors and filled with confetti paper. The idea is to sneak up behind someone and smash it over their head. We did smash a few that way but then decided it was probably better not to teach Wyatt to hit people in the head. He did have alot of fun with them and we are planning to make them ourselves next year to carry on the tradition.
